Ingredients
- In order to make four portions of this proposal you need to have the following products:
- 2 large avocados.
- 30 grams of onion.
- 500 grams of milk.
- The juice of half a lemon.
- 350 milliliters of water.
- 30 grams of butter.
- 150 grams of liquid cream.
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- When you have all those ingredients in your kitchen, put on your apron and follow these instructions:
- Peel the avocados and cut them into cubes and then, so that they do not rust, pour the lemon juice over them.
- Put the onion and the butter in the glass of the robot. Program that at speed 1 and temperature 100º for about 3 minutes. Then add the avocados, salt, water and pepper to the glass.
- The Thermomix will be programmed at speed 3 until you feel that the mixture is very fine.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients to mix everything well.
- The robot should be programmed at speed 1 until the soup is perfect.
